A few days ago, I flew out to San Diego for the Mass Control Conference. Along the way, I recorded my reflections on the information that was shared. Forgive the fact that I’m exhausted in this video.
I think I’m going to completely change my business as a result of what I have learned.
Many internet marketers seem to think that customer service is a waste of time. This is understandable, as the internet makes it easy to avoid any customer interaction at all. However, if you are not interacting with your customers, then you can’t find out what they want, you can’t fill their needs, and you are walking blindly into a niche. It only makes sense to get to know your customers and serve them.
